Hope everyone liked our announcement on Tuesday, its great news for Tiffiny. It was so exciting to us that we just had to make a quick video about it, watch below. In other news, Ash Williams' interview with Tiffiny at the 2011 TV Week Logie Awards has just appeared on youtube, you will find that below aswell.
It's official, Tiffiny has become the Ambassador for Proskins! A big thankyou to Two Birds Talking for letting us know and also sending us some exclusive images of Tiffiny to share with you (above).
“Proskins Slim is the perfect fit for me because it works as a cosmetic and athletic product,” Tiffiny said. “I’ve tested them, and I believe in the benefits. I've worn compression gear under my dobok (taekwondo uniform) for years, and I find Proskins more flexible to kick in, and while I'm working out, my skin is also getting a work out.”
“I train in Proskins, I sleep in Proskins, I dress them up with boots, or wear them under my taekwondo uniform,” she said. “Proskins deliver the hidden workout, and I've always believed that you have to treat life as a gym, being active all the time, and always making healthy choices”.
“Proskins Slim allow you to be in the gym 24/7, working to reduce fluid retention, regulate body temperature and support performance, while exercising or sitting in the office.”

We have a few site updates to report. As stated via Twitter our announcement which was scheduled for Friday has been pushed back. Hopefully you guys should find out what it is this week.
Recently we've also updated our disclaimer, so feel free to have a look.
Finally, a new video was added to our youtube account of Tiffiny (as Angel) competing in Hang Tough on Gladiators Australia. You can check it out below.
TV Tonight is reporting that The Biggest Loser Families 2 has been scrapped, instead when the show returns in 2012 it will be singles. Network Ten made the announcement last night when releasing their programming schedule for next year.
Traditionally singles means only 2 trainers (Shannan Ponton and Michelle Bridges), with others such as The Commando only making part-time appearances. With this in mind, potentially Tiffiny wont be on the show or will only make a few appearances.
Although it is possible that when the show returns in 2012 there will be 4 teams, meaning Tiffiny would stay on in a fulltime role. Despite this speculation it is highly likely that Tiffiny will be involved in the next series in some shape or form, wether this translates into a regular spot on television remains to be seen.

We should have another announcement to make on Friday regarding Tiffiny. We wont provide you with anymore details as to what it is yet, however let us assure you it's huge and overall great news.

Tiffinyhall.net caught up with Tiffiny recently and asked some of your reader submitted questions. Check out the interview below.
Let’s start at the beginning of your television career, how did you break into the industry?
I was a freelance journalist and writing a column for the Herald Sun at the time when I saw an ad for Gladiators in the paper. I tried out and accidentally qualified. I was fitter than I thought and my martial arts/combat training caught Channel Seven’s attention. I went on to be the smallest Gladiator in history and the least scary too! That was my TV debut. I did bits and pieces for a few shows and then moved onto working on The Circle and then Biggest Loser after that.
What was it like being Angel?
Being a Gladiator was awesome. I got to fly and fight. The games were so cool. People would pay to play in the Gladiator arena and I got to do it every day! My dad trained Glacier from the old series in Taekwondo. I rang her and she gave me some tips. But in the end I was too small for the contact games – the steps of the pyramid were the same height as me and I couldn’t see over the walls of the gauntlet! So I was put on all the aerial games and flew around the arena fighting 50ft in the air. So much fun! My costume was a little uncomfortable though. The angel wings were remote controlled and when they moved it would freak me out.
Was there a strict training schedule before Gladiators was filmed?
The strictest! I’ve never trained so hard in my life! It was my introduction to strength training. We were trained like army grunts. It’s the fittest and leanest I’ve ever been. We all morphed into fierce weapons and it was awesome to experience competition in such peak condition.
After Gladiators you found your way onto The Circle, how did that come about?
I worked on 9am with David and Kim when it was axed for The Circle. I met Chrissie and fell in love with her. We started training together and the show gave me the nickname Health Ninja and it stuck. Presenting weekly segments as the resident health guru was the highlight of my week.
Will we see you back on The Circle again soon?
I love to hit the Circle couch whenever I’m in Melbourne. It’s a great show and the girls are so much fun!
Can you tell us a bit about how you became involved in The Biggest Loser?
They [the producers] called me. We met. They said “we’re looking for a fourth trainer.” I said, “Only if I can do Taekwondo.” Few months later I’d packed up my life, moved to Sydney and began training the winner of Series 6 as a ninja.
What was it like being the ‘new girl’? Did anyone give you tips during filming?
No tips. We are all competing against each other – as nicely as possible of course! I turned up in my black belt and trained my team the only way I knew how – as ninjas! I grew up in my family Taekwondo business teaching martial arts. Hall’s Taekwondo is a flourishing company now www.gohalls.com.au (there’s embarrassing family photos on this site beware!). Although I am a qualified PT I don’t consider myself a PT at all. I’m a Taekwondo instructor and I was so grateful to TBL for allowing me to get my ninja on and do my own thing. They built me a dojang and allowed my contestants to wear doboks. It was awesome helping my Duncans to realise the power of health and fitness!
Do you still keep in contact with the Duncans?
Of course! We are like family.
Are you going to be involved in the next series of the show?
Wink wink. Maybe maybe.
How would you describe your latest book - Weightloss Warrior?
Weightloss Warrior has all my secrets on how I helped Emma Duncan win this series of Biggest Loser. If you want to lose weight, be healthier, happy, connected with yourself and improve your relationship with food, or just be ninja and dip into some of the delicious recipes - then you should check it out www.tiffinyhall.com.au
Is it true that you’re working on some more books at the moment?
Sure am! My THIRD health book will be out next year with Hardie Grant Books along with my debut novel that is being published by HarperCollins. I am working on 5 novels at once – it’s a dream!
Can you tell us a little bit about them?
Not yet but soon xx
What advice would you give to aspiring authors?
Write every day without fail and stay true to your voice.
How do you stay fit and healthy all the time? Some find it hard to make healthy choices and exercise everyday.
Taekwondo. Taekwondo is the right ‘fit’ for me. You have to find the right ‘fit’ for you – the type of exercise you love and doesn’t feel like exercise at all. Some love gym, running, dance, group fitness. Whatever it is just make sure you are consistent and enjoy it. Also try to be a health ninja 80% of the time and a naughty ninja 20% of the time. I stick to the 80/20 rule and it works for me. I can’t live without treats so I think it’s important not to deprive. But treats don’t mean feasts.
Any last words for your fans?
I am so grateful for all my health ninjas! I really appreciated their support during the show as the new kid on the Biggest Loser block. You guys are awesome! Stay strong warriors!
